Product Report Card changes email: Payout with Amazon GCs starting today 2/11/19

I got an email today from them saying that to process payments faster they are now only paying out in Amazon gift cards!

I usually don't mind the cashout, as I receive the check in about 1-2 weeks, but I wonder why they're not doing paypal instead.

Check your account. Mine already says this in the redemption page: "To redeem rewards, Available Rewards must meet $25. Once your Available Rewards meets $25, you can receive rewards via Amazon gift cards."

As we have grown, our clients have pushed us to expand our capabilities beyond online surveys. Today our most complex and "rewarding" projects have both quantitative and qualitative components. Qualitative research requires us to talk with you on the phone and in person. Thousands of members now participate in high-paying qualitative studies: in-depth telephone interviews, in-home product testing, face-to-face focus groups and medical clinical trials are just a few of the many research opportunities we now provide Product Report Card Community Members. In fact, it's not uncommon for these projects to pay more than $100 to you.

Growing Pains

As we grow, we must adapt so we can continue to satisfy our clients and our members. In order to continue to provide you with the quality support you deserve, including issuing redemption requests in a timely manner, redemption requests will now be paid via electronic Amazon gift codes beginning February 11, 2019. This change will allow us to reduce the time it takes to process redemption requests which means you will receive your reward faster than before.

High Paying Studies

As mentioned earlier, the higher paying qualitative projects require multiple methods of communication between our research staff, clients and you. In order to participate in our most "rewarding" projects we need to be able to call you on your cell phone, send you text message reminders and mail products to your home address. To increase your chances of participation in these types of high-paying projects, please provide confirm your cell phone number and current home address.



It's been fun for us to reflect on where we started and how far we've come, but it's even more exciting to see what lies ahead. We know we couldn't have made it this far without you and again, we sincerely thank you for your participation.
