    This thing is awful. When it works, it is a great little product but the 'cartridges' it uses will frequently get out of sync, then it will print partially and not eject fully. Once this happens, the cartridge is essentially going in the trash so if it occurs in the first few prints, you are going to be steaming mad. You can spend a half hour winding the cartridge and playing with the inner workings (see videos on Youtube) but who has time for that with a label maker? Really wish I had either purchased a simpler one or the more expensive big brother version of this in black. For what it is, left a lot to be desired and I rarely use it now.
