This Q-see camera appears to be the rebranded Dahua OEM IPC-HFW1831E camera
This is the similar to the OEM model which Montavue was selling in their kits that had the 30 fps 8MP / "4K" cameras, and is similar ( but better due to IVS features ) as the Lorex 30 fps 8MP / "4K' bullets.
Note, there appears to be no microphone in the camera. So that maybe one difference.

Compare with
Lorex: 4K Ultra HD Resolution 8MP Outdoor IP Camera with Real-Time 30FPS Recording Rate, Color Night Vision and Listen-In Audio
LNB9232S $399.99 ( what! I don't know what Lorex people are smoking, but $400 for a Lorex camera is crazy .. )

also compare with Montavue ( they basically carry Dahua OEM products w/the IVS features retained )
Montavue: 4K 8MP IP Bullet Camera – H.265, 30fps, 200ft IR Night Vision & Color Night Optics – Montavue MTB8110
$199.95

( iirc these also have microphones in the camera )
( note: they do appear to be slightly different due to no microphone in the Q-see cameras, otherwise from what I can tell they are very close models )
update 2:
Look for the Dahua OEM junction box PFA121 to go with these cameras. Q-see may also have accessories ( update I found none on their website ). That will help protect the connections from the environment.
Note the lorex boxes for "4 screw" base cameras are Dahua OEM PFA121, so they will also work see part numbers ACJNCD4BKB, S1JF2G, ACJNCD4B

This vs a HDW5231R ?
Yes, it should work well with the Lorex NVR with the only thing that the Lorex NVR can not access the IVS / IVA features on the camera
You will need to adjust and sync the user / password, IP address, and port numbers.
Should already have mostly the Dahua OEM firmware, as iirc Q-see only makes slight modifications - user / password, default IP, port number, and maybe some branding
Depends on what you need.
This camera ( the bullet ) has a rather wide angle - so maybe an ID distance of about 20 feet, and as an 8MP does a great job with enough light. With the large 1/2" sensor it does very well also in low light - but not as well as the HDW5231R
The HDW5231R is varifocal - allowing you to watch over areas further away, and does a better job in low light.
Ideally, Have one on each side of the garage watching over your parked cars. Use the varifocal to catch good images of those on the sidewalk coming towards the garage, use this bullet to cover those when they are at the cars.
I also seen the QCN8090B reconditioned comes out to $72 with the coupon
I also seen the QCN8090B reconditioned comes out to $72 with the coupon
note - the RECONDITIONED 4K IP ULTRA HD BULLET CAMERA (QCN8090B-R) is similar to the 8MP / "4K" IP PoE cameras that can do 15 fps.
I believe it is similar to the Dahua OEM IPC-HFW483xx model
A good camera - good compute within the camera ( supports 3 streams and more IVS features iirc ), however with a smaller sensor - thus not quite as good in low light as the model in the OP.
