This is very much a niche product-
if you have to ask, don't buy it. Period, full stop. But if you're in that niche, this is the lowest it's been compared to a normal $300+ price tag.
Should work in 2018 Mac Mini, Asrock X299E-ITX motherboard, or Intel laptop or NUC 6th gen or higher as long as the slots are there.

But yes, it probably will. Crucial's lookup tool [crucial.com] says yours has the right slots (2x DDR4), and the processor is new enough to support 32GB DIMMs. But it'll be overkill.

I have 4x16GB Corsair Vengeance ready to install. This would be just a few bucks more to go with two sticks instead of four. Any advantage?
This ram is much more expensive than a dual 16GB kit, but it's a single module 32GB and no alternatives so manufacture could sell it at a much higher price. $224 is still slick compared to the Apple price. 2*16GB 2666Mhz for $175, link below.
