** Unlocked to the carrier of the Phone, just need a Sim card(free from my Sprint store).
** This is one of the last good smart-phones with a removable battery.

In order to work on all the carriers listed in the OP, they would have to come unlocked.
Edit: looks like only the Sprint V20 is $80. Higher price for other carriers. Incorrect information=TD

The ONLY unlocked one they are selling is "AT&T Unlocked"...and that is $200!
