I did several hours of research across multiple platforms....
It seems the concensus opinion is that the products would be used, if one were shaving, or if one had just shaved. (and wanted to do either for free given the rebate)
Some one bought me this as gift. Didn't' care for the feel of of the gel, scent. Its a bit gimmicky for me.
Wait, what? Something you rub on your face injected with caffeine is a gimmick? For god's sake, just snort some coke if you need this badly to wake up.

Did you read the first part? Someone bought this for me. It was free, and I still didn't like it. I ended up throwing it away after 3-4 shaves. I'm sharing my review because I know there will be someone out there wants this because it's free. Personally, I would not get this shaving cream. even if it's free.
Rebate applies to any store up to $35 each time right? so it's not just target.
All eligible products must be purchased on ONE receipt. You can get upto $7 max per item and $35 total.

Self-fulfilled rebate or one from unknown rebate company = Red Flag.

It is not self-fulfilled. ACB stands for advertising checking bureau (acbcoop.com). They are a major rebate center that also fulfills rebates for Antec products. I already completed this rebate as it was posted on other sites weeks ago and my claim has already been approved. The prepaid visa rebate card will be sent within 4 to 6 weeks.
P.S. - The in-store price is $5.49 for both products at Target. You need to get a price-match to Target.com on the after-shave. The rebate center will give you the full price paid, even if you use RedCard.... so that helps offset tax.
Caffeine content shouldn't be able to absorb into the skin. Even with propylene glycol that's used to break down and de-emulsify oils, the penetration would be minimal given the contact time.
You'll looking at super serum doses applied to the skin for lengthy periods of time. And even at that, you'd be looking a percentage of absorbed versus a higher if taken intra-oral.

Is this considered a online purchase if I pick up in store?
