I have no experience with this camera but the price is nice. Apparently runs Android 7.1 does not require a separate phone to operate.

Edit: Reading that Forbes review [forbes.com], it indicates that this captures more of your fingers in each shot than other cameras. But I think the bigger issue is that even if you minimize the fingers, the edge of the camera is captured in every shot which seems like more of an issue since that means you'll always have a hard seam in your 360 photos. Too bad.
They say you get some reflections if you leave the clear top of the case on (which makes it waterproof). But, that you can just use the bottom part to attach the stick. They show photos with the case on and off.
Caution: The Acer listing says that it comes with a waterproof case, but most of the youtube reviews, including unboxings, do not show it. The User guide (and the youtube unboxing I saw) [cnetcontent.com] shows a leather slip case. No mention of the WP case.

I would consider this for a wide FOV camera than a 360 camera.
