ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, except for employees of Kraft Heinz Foods Company ("Sponsor"), McDonald's Corporation, HelloWorld, Inc., ("Administrator"), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and prize providers (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, agents, members, successors, assigns and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited. Instant Win Game is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.


Limit: up to five (5) Instant Win Game plays during the Promotion Period per email address/person, regardless of method or combination of methods of obtaining Codes.

You must obtain a code in order to participate and play the Instant Win Game. There are three (3) ways to obtain a code as set forth below:
a. Purchase a Qualifying Product: During the Promotion Period, purchase any specially marked 12 oz. McCafé bagged coffee product (Premium Roast, Breakfast Blend, French Roast and Colombian) at any participating retail location and locate the sticker advertising this Instant Win Game affixed to the outside of the product packaging. The inside panel of the sticker will include a unique code ("Code") which you will need to have available in order to complete the Code Entry instructions below.
b. Free Code Request:
Mail-In Free Code Request -- From March 22, 2019 to August 17, 2019: To obtain a Code without making a purchase, hand print, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, your name, street address, city, state, zip, daytime phone number, email, and date-of-birth and mail it in a #10 stamped envelope to: "McCafé Instant Win," c/o HelloWorld, Inc., P.O. Box 5058, Department 839209, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5058. Limit: One (1) Code request per envelope. All mail-in requests must be handwritten and must be postmarked by August 17, 2019 and received by August 24, 2019. All Code requests become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. You will receive a Code via email. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due free Code requests, which will be discarded. Administrator will email you a free Code within 8-9 business days from your postmark date.
Online Free Code Request -- From August 18, 2019 to September 1, 2019: To request a free Code online, visit McCafeInstantWin.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the free Code request form, including a valid email address. You will automatically receive a Code via an automated email, which should be received no later than one (1) business day. All requests must be received by September 1, 2019 at 11:55 p.m. ET. Prizes
1 (awarded during Instant Win Game Phase 2)
An all-new 2019 Ford Escape. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. TAX GROSS UP PAYMENT: Sponsor will also provide winner a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment"). The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be $7,500. The Grand Prize winner's actual tax liabilities related to the Grand Prize could exceed the Tax Gross-Up Payment. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize. Sponsor will not provide any further assistance toward the winner's tax obligations.
