i believe it writes faster, by three times at best i think. Also 10 year warranty on samsung.

Random Write: 500 IOPS

I would definitely go with Samsung if your recording with 4k. It's better rated for 4k recording. On the sandisk website and on Amazon description section it recommends using sandisk extreme for 4k. The sandisk is only rated at uhs 1 speeds. The A1 shows it opens apps faster.
