If you're in the Bay Area, there's stock in Hayward, Redwood City, South SF (i think SFO), Almaden, and Automation.

The space is just leased out to another company called Western Beverage, not as good of a selection or prices compared Costco run stores in other states. TX has some weird laws about companies operating liquor stores.

No alcohol in Pennsylvania Costco warehouses either. PA is loosening their ridiculous rules on alcohol sales lately, so hopefully they will open that up soon for Costco.

I've been missing Yamazaki 12 and Hibiki 12 in my life!

looks like i typo'd the number, but sounds like a small restock is coming to select costcos!

You got me excited since I missed the last Hibiki stock. Went to Costco in Irvine, CA. Couldn't find it on the shelves. Had them check their computer no stock here or in the neighboring OC/LA stores.

I checked with costco online chat and unfortunately, it is still "discontinued" in SoCal (Orange County), but I'll keep my eye out for it. Thanks OP
is it really that good? I sniped 3 bottles last time I saw it, 2 as gifts and 1 to add to my collection. At this point im afraid to drink it

It's rare in the US but quite common across bars in Asia. No need to be afraid of it disappearing or going extinct.

I wouldnt be afraid to drink it, but I personally enjoy it a lot for the price range. Word got out about it and they have had no stock for years, which makes it kind of a big deal.
