14 piece set Includes:
1 Base station
8 Contact sensors
2 Motion detectors
2 Keypads
1 Range extender
1 Echo Dot 3rd Gen
several issues that I needed workarounds for:
1) motion detector keeps reverting back to most sensitive setting after being changed to middle sensitivity that is supposedly pet friendly.
2) keypad goes to sleep mode and disconnects from base station without any indication or change in status lights after being on constant power for a few months. needs to be reset to reconnect. known issue with no fix discussed in several forum threads.
otherwise I like the system and it is user friendly.
To disarm you must speak your 4 digit keypad. Would sound like "Alexa disarm Ring Alarm" Alexa responds "Please say your passcode". Once you say your passcode, the system disarms.

FYI, many of the items are charged separately and can be returned if you don't need them.

The 1 year free monitoring currently only comes with the doorbell, but they have had it with the floodlight camera as well until recently (not currently available though). Hoping it'll be back soon
I thought the free 1 year plan that you get when it's on sale at Costco is only for cloud recording on one device. Does it really cover home security?

As mentioned in the last deal, echo dot is returnable for $28.xx
It shows $19.99 for the echo dot. The dollar value for some of the additional devices is shown separately.

Price is also dependent on reason for returning. For example, slow shipping provided for full amount where another reason such as "i didn't want" May give less because you pay for shipping back to amazon

Does anyone know if you can add a battery backup outdoor siren and tap into system?

You can add a dome siren that is battery operated (3 years battery life) and works wireless with the ring alarm. Doesn't mention anything about rated for outdoor, but I'm sure a dry place can be found for it that will still be within range.

Is there any way to tie this into SmartThings? I believe I remember seeing it was not. Currently have all door sensors on SmartThings.

They Keypad supposedly has a new firmware they can push out, doesn't sound like it was an automatic or ready for everyone. After months of my keypad having issues I finally got them to replace it with a new one and they updated the firmware while I spoke with them. Have been using it for about a month (4/5/19) now plugged in with zero issues. They claimed it didn't need to be replaced and just was firmware related but I kept politely pressing for a new keypad.

I'm curious as well. People are saying they can be returned, but how does that work?
