You have to remember to log back in after the deal unlocks and click on the little (1) next to your name to redeem the gift card. It's usually available for only a week in your account after it unlocks (so too late for the last Amazon deal), though the gift card doesn't expire once you redeem it. If you monitor the thread here, people usually post when they start seeing it in their accounts.
