Might be a good price but I'd recommend buying 2 perhaps 3 different pads for someone starting out and doubling up on those pads rather than getting one of every kind of pad under the sun. if you do this, I'd recommend 2 orange, 2 white and then if you want to apply sealant, 2 reds (or even just one red).

Of course, you could use this combo deal and use the orange and green as one, the white and blue as one and then the red pad. Not the best way of doing things as 4 to 5 specific pads would cost about the same. Save the money on pad cleaner and just use free and clear dish soap.

yup I just need deals on the finishing if not just the polishing pad. You never want to cut! well on a new vehicle that is. The cars im dealing with are 2-3 years old no point in cutting that. Green pad for polishing Blue or black pads. No combo deals on those pads Frown

Any car could need a cutting pad, it all depends on the paint. A car 6 months old could need it, certainly a car 2-3 years. I have two cars and each year I use an orange pad on them. Right after winter. But I will vary the polish used. I'll use a more aggressive polish if needed but will even use a finishing polish with an orange pad.

But it is all a matter of preference and style.
