You have the new one in testing? I'm sure you can't say much but does it vastly improve video or battery life? Or are there more upgrades than even that?

I wonder if this model would end up on clearance at some point.

does the new one have continuous recording or only records motion alert videos like the current flood light one? does it operates on battery or hardwired? if battery, how does the battery life looks like? your review will help many people here. and also, moreover how did you get that one for testing?thanks in advance

Didn't the prior $189.00 deal (Ring chime pro included) also come with the 12-month subscription plan?

UPDATE: Spoke to Costco and they confirmed that the current item does NOT come with the 12-month subscription plan but the same product sold back in 11/2018 did. It is a bit surprised to see Costco sell a "bundle" without the subscription plan as the Costco bundles on RING states:

I can't say much about it. It looks the same and it's hardwired. It's the floodlight cam 2.
