The 90 day warranty is backed by Amazon through their Amazon Renews program. There is a link in the description that takes you to information on it.

Worthy upgrade over a 68u? I just need more range for my doorbellb WiFi camera

edit:

it's only about 30ft away but that 18" thick wall is a killer

Is this worth upgrading over AC1200 archer c5. My house is about 1500 sqft, and my current router does not reach the basement or the last bedroom in my house (about 25-30 ft away from the router in the living room). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I bought one of these a few weeks ago. I'm just using it as an access point. I wasn't too impressed by the Linksys firmware and was ready to put it out to pasture and then I discovered OpenWRT was recently ported to it. The installation was a little more difficult than dd-wrt but now I have a ton more options and it seems solid. Time will tell but for 60 bucks, not bad. I have an AC68U as another access point as well. I'm not sure this is an upgrade over it unless you really need 3 bands. Keep in mind, the 5GHZ bands are slower than the one on AC68U.
