How often you guys go to 7-eleven? I go once every 3 months just when the points are set to expire
I don't see it in the app. Only in the email account linked to the rewards app's sign-on credentials
Just found out another family member whose points recently expired got a 2x visit for 7000 pts!
Guess like Starbucks, they reward infrequent customers better than frequent customer.
Looks like they choose to punish their regular customers instead of giving the same rewards or sending alternative offers, hmm...
Just wanted to see if there's any loyal-customer appreciations for those who reached the maximum 2,000 pts. Now I have my answer

Got my 5000 pts immediately after second scan on Fri.
Other family member got their 7000 pts imediately too after 2 purchases.
Been buying the $1 Ice cream sandwiches since they can be frozen and have no tax for an easy transaction. $2 spend for $13 worth of coffee (XL 2.29ea around here)
A co-worker who bought a coffee the morning of the 12th since their points were expiring that day, got no email at all and no offer. So I think it all had to do how recent your latest purchase determining what offer you get.

Weird that there are so many different offers for different regions.
