I didn't see that this had been posted yet but wanted to share it with everyone. I found this promotion yesterday when I saw the Hobbs and Shaw packaging in Walmart. Quickly found the entry site, and won a movie ticket!

2019 at 12:00:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends August 10, 2019 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (the "Promotion Period").
2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
a. Text Message: Use your mobile phone to text "BRISK" to 797979 during the Promotion Period, to receive instructions
on how to enter the Promotion via the website link provided. Participants (defined below) must have a mobile phone with text
messaging capabilities. By participating, participants agree to receive up to three (3) reply text messages per entry about the
Promotion from Sponsor. Consent not required for purchase. Participants entering this Promotion via text message may incur a
standard text message and data charge from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received. Check with your
wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable changes. You are solely responsible for any such wireless
charges. Not all wireless carriers participate.
b. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY Online Entry: Visit www.BriskHobbsandShaw.com (the "Website") during the
Promotion Period and follow the instructions to participate in the Promotion.
On the landing page of the Website, you will click the ENTER button (the "Participant(s)") to learn if you are an Instant Win
Prize winner or not. Once you enter, if you are not an Instant Win Prize winner, you will only receive the "BRISK Hobbs &
Shaw Behind the Scenes" content. If your game play is an Instant Win Prize winning game play for either a Fandango Promo
Code or a the three-pack bundle of Brisk Hobbs & Shaw cans (the "Instant Prize winner"), you will be asked to fill out the
registration form and then you will receive your Fandango Promo Code* or a three-pack bundle of Brisk Hobbs & Shaw cans, as
applicable. Allow seven to ten (7-10) days to receive your Fandango Promo Code at the e-mail address provided when you
registered and three to six (3-6) weeks to receive the three-pack bundle of Brisk Hobbs & Shaw cans by mail at the address
provided when you registered. Instant Win Prize winners must have a valid email address. Any attempt by a Participant to enter
the Promotion more than the number of times authorized herein, including multiple attempts by the same participant using
different email addresses/mobile phone numbers, will invalidate ALL entries submitted by that participant for the entire
Promotion Period.
In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, text/online entries will be declared made by the registered user of
the mobile phone number/email address used at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification
enough to show that he/she is the authorized account holder/user of the mobile phone number/email address submitting the
entry.
IMPORTANT: Proof of sending a text messaging or email does not constitute proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor.
Participants who use text messaging to enter the Promotion will be given the opportunity to "cancel" (or unsubscribe) each time
they receive a text message by sending "STOP" to the short code above. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not
be returned to Participant. Every entry submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual
Participant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any
script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email or IP addresses may
be blocked.
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ENTRY. A "Day" is

limited-edition BRISK cans. Estimated retail value of each three-pack bundles First Prize ("ERV"): $20. Each Second Prize
consists of one (1) Fifteen-dollar ($15) Fandango Promo Code* to use towards a movie ticket to see the theatrical motion picture
entitled Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw (the "Picture"). Actual retail value of each Fandango Promo Code Second Prize
("ARV"): $15. Any difference between the actual cost of the movie ticket and the ARV will not be refunded. Fandango Promo
Code Second Prize is only eligible towards a movie ticket to see the Picture. Total number of First and Second Prizes awarded
will depend on the number of valid, eligible game plays.
Total value of all Instant Win First and Second Prizes: $23,000

4. INSTANT WIN: Each Day of the Promotion Period, the Prizes will be randomly awarded through instant win game
plays. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of Instant Win Prizes available for the applicable period
divided by the number of eligible Instant Win game plays. The random seeding of winning game plays will be conducted by an
independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Any remaining winning game plays that were not awarded during a Day
during the Promotion Period will carry forward and be added to the subsequent game plays. Game plays during the Promotion
Period are only eligible for this Promotion and do not remain eligible for any subsequent Promotion. Limit one (1) Instant Win

7. CONDUCT: By entering this Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of
the judges that shall be final and binding in all respects. The Official Rules will be posted on the Website throughout the
Promotion Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole
discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the
Website; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner
deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any
incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to,
or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure,
error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard
to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of
the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Website or any combination thereof; (e) any injury or
damage to Participant's or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in
the Promotion or download of any materials in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as
planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention,
fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of this Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Promotion in whole or in part.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Prize winners will be notified instantly on the screen of their mobile phone or
computer when entering on the Website. Promo Code and redemption instructions will be sent to the email address provided by
the Participant at the time of entry within forty-eight (48) hours of notification of instant win. To claim a Prize, additional
releases and/or waivers of liability required by any applicable sanctioning body may also be required. Sponsor and Promotion
Parties are not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless or online services which may result in a potential winner not
receiving initial Prize notification and/or his/her Prize. A Prize may be forfeited if any winner notification or Prize is returned as
undeliverable. Any portion of a Prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated within
these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are
not responsible for any change in Participant's telephone number and/or email address.
10. WINNER RELEASES: All Participants, as a condition of entry into the Promotion, agree to release Sponsor and
Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses
to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with sending a text message, accessing the Website, submitting an
entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while
preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any Prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these
Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any Prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their Prize after it
has been delivered. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or
performance of any Prize. Except for residents of Tennessee and where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sponsor the right to
print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use
online at the Website) the winner's name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation,
for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor.
