Here's how:
- Add 2 of the Dots to the cart
- Start the chat
- Click "Help" (Blue tab, right edge of page, in middle)
- Click "Chat with us" (They're getting hammered, so it may take multiple tries.)
- Wait in line (I was #99 and it took about 20 minutes to get through.)
- When the agent gets on, just tell them that you tried to add 2 of the items to get the discount but the discount didn't show up in the cart. (The agent can probably see your cart and they've been fielding a ton of these calls today.)
- The agent will get it together on their end and provide you a "secure link" to use for payment info.
- Fill in the form and tell the agent when complete.
- Savor a sweet deal and upvote/rep the OP.
