These are nice, got 4 last year but only problem is the humming when its brightest, not sure if we can do anything about it.

I have these, I believe there are three settings low mid and high. I have no problem with humming when high. The texture is that rubberized feel

I purchased one about a year ago. It also hums when on high. They have had these at my local Dollar Tree on a on off for at least a year. Good deal for what it is.
