I purchased this item last year when it was on sale for nearly the same price combined with a subscribe and save item. My three cats love this and I don't believe the item to be flimsy at all as the cats jump and climb all over the tower. It doesn't move or sway and can't be pushed over like smaller, flimsier models. I would highly recommend this 63 pound cat tower.
