50" 4k for $99 is nuts, even this cheap brand. I snagged it at the $149 price. It's a decent tv, the colors aren't the best (yellows lean green and the reds can be blown out) but you can tweak it to get it pretty decent.
If you do go in to find one, make sure it's the right model. They have a newer "edition" of this tv so to speak with a new barcode, but the box looks identical. Best bet is to install the walmart app and use it's barcode scanner to check the price.

if i bought the 50" last month for $163, how do i take advantage of the new price at $99? i still have the unit in the box, opened, but i haven't taken out the tv yet. just spot checked for a cracked screen.
in my online account, i see "start a return" is available and both locations have tvs in stock. i see "Return or replace until Thu, Sep 26" do i actually take it back and rebuy? or can i price match? or do i buy a new one and return it at the other location in place of the more expensive one?
You should be able to do return & rebuy. I'd do it all in person (not starting anything in the app) making sure customer service will do it. Our wallys have gotten good about doing it. One thing is to be sure it shows in stock or limited stock at the store you use.

I think you would need to return it and re buy another one, just make sure before you return it that there is some in stock
