I had no idea what that meant, but upon research you have to pay to use Dolby Atmos in games. Looks like a one-time $15 fee (I'm guessing a licensing fee?).

Trying to confirm with seller, but given the negative feedback in the recent month alone - I'm not holding my breath.
Personally, I'd be very wary of buying a used headset... especially on ebay. Seen too much about refurb headsets having issues to want to risk it

You may want to read and check out thread to see what people experienced.
They're good headphones and slightly better with the Atmos app activated, the card for the code is prepackaged in the new product.
For the people wondering about PS4, the USB receiver for the wireless has an Xbox mode, and slide switch for PC mode. I've read the PC mode allows it to work with PS4 but haven't been able to confirm it.

It does. You just get stereo audio. Change the button on the usb plug to pc

I had the same issue. I assume it's from the microphone malfunctioning.
