Says it does NOT include the Dolby Atmos App code.
I had no idea what that meant, but upon research you have to pay to use Dolby Atmos in games. Looks like a one-time $15 fee (I'm guessing a licensing fee?).
Weird.
edit: Ok so as *soon* as I posted that, the eBay listing was edited to remove the last line which mentioned it didn't include the Atmos code. So now I'm not sure what it actually has.
Trying to confirm with seller, but given the negative feedback in the recent month alone - I'm not holding my breath.
I think these headsets (when new) came with the $15 Dolby Atmos 7.1 code... being refurb, it would make sense they likely wouldn't include it. This program is available on Windows and Xbox.
Personally, I'd be very wary of buying a used headset... especially on ebay. Seen too much about refurb headsets having issues to want to risk it
Love this headset. I will say six months later the sound is now over modulated. It was so bad in the game I was playing I stopped using them. I wouldn't buy these as refurbs.

I just bought the Rig 400 and it came with the Atmos code. These are the scaled up wireless version. They're pretty comfortable and sound great. They feel slightly flimsy but I don't know if the 800's are more robust.
I bought these new at Best Buy when it was FP for $100. Came with Dolby Atmos code. I like these headphones. I didn't get the best buy warranty because I usually treat my things lightly and am not a heavy user. That being said, some people in that thread said the warranty has paid for itself in the past year these have been out because they have had some issues, I think it might've been battery or mic issues.

They're good headphones and slightly better with the Atmos app activated, the card for the code is prepackaged in the new product.
For the people wondering about PS4, the USB receiver for the wireless has an Xbox mode, and slide switch for PC mode. I've read the PC mode allows it to work with PS4 but haven't been able to confirm it.

I ordered this same refurb headset from Amazon for 70 bucks. it said the same thing about the code but one came in the box so YMMV.
I have the 800's and they're good, not amazing, but good. I use them for my PC as they have a little USB breakout box. Battery life is pretty good actually.

I had the same issue. I assume it's from the microphone malfunctioning.
