I have an electric glass top stove. I guess that wouldn't work well with their wok like stir fry pan? Can anyone confirm?

Anyone with experience with the 12qt multi cooker? Is it tri-clad? Just making sure before buying. The specs weren't specific and pic is hard to determine. Thanks

,..................

I looked on bed bath beyond and other sites... appears to be tri-clad. pretty good deal. new runs around $130

........

double and triple check before ordering... looks like not tri-clad....

Flat bottomed woks work okay on electric stoves. Of course gas is better but I use one on my electric glass top stove. Looking at the one posted I am unsure if its the 4414 which is the flat bottom pan.

We have an electric glass top stove and all-clad works great with it. I have a basic, flat bottom set.

I love my copper core stuff. The price on these is really good, and from what my friends have told me they haven't been able to find the reason for being in the seconds sale for any of the things they've bought previously. I was dumb enough to buy some things at full price...

Any advice on choosing frying pans or where can learn about them? I'd like one that is nonstick. I don't know the difference between these. Thanks!

I have a electric glass cooktop as well, I wouldn't recommend using a wok if you plan on using the wok as intended (tossing). You may crack the glass top tossing and typically the electric cooktop does not envelope the wok as well as a roaring fire would. So you wouldn't get the same cooking experience it's made for.

I have that same wok, it's very heavy, hard to lift to toss.

I bought the 12" nonstick pan from a previous sale. I love it. It works great for making eggs. I use it on an electric stove. I think that I paid around $85 for it.
