The tips have embedded diamonds which help grip the screw. They work very well when new but I don't know how well they'll hold up. At $12 you should get a set, especially if you have points to spend.
Shipping is free at $59 so you're best off picking them up at a store.

I would also they are diamond tipped, not encrusted. lol. makes it sounds like the whole driver was dipped in diamonds.

The Sears screwdrivers in this post netted out to about $5 per set (accounting for $50 points as half price plus $10 freecash) for me when buying 5 so hard to pass up.
Well worth it if you have a Sears nearby.
My closest store is 35 minutes away. I can sort of force it to be on the way when I'm going elsewhere. 71 miles is too far.
Sometimes Kmarts and Searses both appear in store pick-up lists.
