Ordered $450 Queen. Pending charge for $2,299 on my card. When I called number on order they asked for my SSN. Caller ID said Bob Carbal. I hung up and then called and reported my cc stolen. Bcarbal is a SD user pushing this deal.

Also received a cancellation email today. Good to see they're fulfilling some of the orders at least.

Edit to update: Received shipping email 4 days ago, credit card charge went through yesterday, and received a call from shipping to schedule a delivery today!

Just got a call from NBC logistics and its getting deliver next tuesday.

I was about to a buy a Casper mattress but then this shows up.

Received confirmation from NVC as well, but they haven't contacted me yet to schedule a delivery. I was about to get the Nectar Queen for the Labor Day Sale, but this deal popped up at the perfect time. Thanks to OP and repped!

Since this is a freight delivery with white glove service, it has to be costing at least $100 per shipment. Overall, pretty amazing deal.

i called yesterday they confirmed my order then this morning they emailed to cancel then an hour ago an email from NVC what gives lol

. I can't imagine it costs that much for them but who knows. I would have thought they'd have some sort of larger overall deal in place with these companies

I ordered from the friends - at the time there was a choice between firm and soft for premium and I went for soft as I have a bad hip and am a side sleeper - tough trying to decide without lying on the mattress, btw.

The (very nice) customer service rep told me that there was some issue processing the order, and that it had been finally processed today, but didn't explain further. She asked if I wanted a new receipt as I have a new order number, and I said, yes, please sent it. It came from her work email address as an attachment, and my "friends" order now shows as cancelled if I log onto the site - rather disconcerting as I really want this mattress. I had a 318 order number to begin with, but the replacement receipt has a completely different numbering structure, a totally different layout, and a place to list the salesperson, which lists family/friends.

She said it would be up to 15 days before I get the mattress, but I should expect a call from the shipper tomorrow. That's all I got - tremendous deal but I will be on pins and needles until a mattress arrives!

Got an email from XPO logistics to scheduled delivery, I choose next Tuesday or the earliest I can pick. We been wanting to buy a new mattress but never cross our mind to get Tempur pedic because price wise and this deal came, thanks OP Legacy king repped.

Got a call today from XPO logistics that they have an order that will be getting ready to ship soon. Can't believe this was legit. Hopefully the mattress is good, queen legacy.

Got my call from XPO today. It was automated and said they would be scheduling soon. Did anyone else have them send the text? Mine said they have my delivery details and my address but once they RECEIVE an actual order they will call to schedule. HMMMMM. I wish I had done the personal rep option but I was in the middle of checking out at a register when they called so I just did the email thing.

Oh wow... I just double backed and re-read my XPO text. I can track my whole order .. I'll be able to see if it actually makes it to XPO delivery. So far all i see is order placed and my Temp/Sealy retail tracker number. if it gets to XPO it gets a new XPO tracking number

None of these companies are sending 2 guys, 1 trucker can handle a mattress. Haha. I got a call from XPO which means it should be a smaller tractor trailer and 1 guy.

XPO left an automated message saying similar, except they confirmed my address in the voicemail. I didn't sign up for texts
