Ordered $450 Queen. Pending charge for $2,299 on my card. When I called number on order they asked for my SSN. Caller ID said Bob Carbal. I hung up and then called and reported my cc stolen. Bcarbal is a SD user pushing this deal.

Oh man I WISH I had gotten that shipped email from tempurpedic after my call I'd feel way more secure. XPO does have a tracker though you can see. I can see it online on my laptop and I also can access it through the TEXT xpo sent. It has all kinds of information if you click around.

I got an email confirming shipping via UPS 133lb. only problem is.........it says delivered 10/27/18. Sounds like it may have the old tracking # wonder if that means its a customer return....ick

That happens. Just a recycled number from UPS, shouldn't mean anything about the item. Will probably update soon.

I just got a shipped email but as others have stated takes me to an old UPS tracking no. Will update when I have more info!

Looks like the UPS tracking # was for the "truckload". The gross weight is 43K pounds & 850 pieces ... hahaha. It was delivered on 10/2018. Must have gone to the warehouse and maybe these are like "overstock" mattresses waiting to be cleared out. Given their high price point I wouldn't be surprised. Hopefully they were in a climate controlled environment so that the foam doesn't degrade Smilie

I got a recycled tracking number as well and just called them. They said it is unusual for that to happen and my tempur legacy will be at the delivery company Monday. I should receive it the middle of next week

So i have the original tempurpedic classic mattress from 2005-2006. I bought the essential 10" firm, hoping it would be similar. the only reason im replacing it is because i need something bigger.

anyone know if i should have gone with the premium 12"?
