    Its worth noting apparently that a wireless charger like this really shouldnt be your go to "I need a battery charged now" device.

    This charger has one use in my mind: You have it on your night stand, put the phone on it at night so you can see the clock. Thats it. Slower overnight charges are great.

    I love these (mine just died after 2 years) . I prop it up next to my monitor and keeps me charged all day. I keep my messages locked on iPhone this is nice to be able to look over and unlock with the face detection. Also if someone calls to FaceTime etc. thanks op perfect timing

    This is a good price for a good quality unit. It looks like this one will only do 5 watts (not 7.5 or 10), so it's slow, but it also won't need much of an AC adapter. But, I do like sticking with the big name brands just for the peace-of-mind that it's not going to have random adapter/cable/phone compatibility problems and that it's less likely to catch on fire or damage my phone.

    My Ch0et3ch stand cost me $8 IIRC. No AC adapter though

    This thing, along with the solar charger, are two things that I thought would be cool but ended up using very little.

    With the fast charger adaptor it's just too slow, so much so I would go to the trouble of removing it from the stand and plug in the charger (imagine that!)

    I know not to expect much but even the 10w wireless chargers from Samsung (fast charging) feel too slow. Just try it out with this cheap one and see if youll have the patience to stick with it. I personally got them when they were new tech (nexus 4) and it was too slow, now that there is fast charge 3.0 even the "fast" wireless chargers are far too slow in comparison. This is just me being impatient, but just make sure you adjust your expectations when you buy this (especially at 5w).
