its like free assembly and free windows. Building pcs is fun and all until you have the 1% of faulty ram, or mobo, or psu, and then 30 hours later you realize its impossible to troubleshoot faulty parts without having an old pc lying around
Hey guys!
I built my first Gaming PC a about 6 months ago and it is almost identical to this PC. I spent about the same amount or maybe a couple tens of dollars cheaper when I bought all the parts from MicroCenter and built it myself. The reason I am commenting is to let you know how well the computer will run. I literally run every game I throw at my PC at High/Max settings EASILY. This is an amazing pre-built PC and you don't have to bother with the building. I recommend this to anyone that wants to get into PC gaming, streaming, etc. Now if you're just going to be going on YouTube and watching videos, then this is a bit overkill. BUT still, with the RGB accessories and the parts that makeup this PC, this is definitely a thumbs up.
Good luck to the buyers!

For that usage honestly this is an overkill. I have similar usage as you, and I am doing just fine with a $350 ACER with a 7th gen i5. I did slip in a $80 SSD though recently.

1. Has anyone bought this before?
2. Which mobo and psu does it have?
3. Can RAM upgrade to 32 or 64GB?

I was interested in buying this for my bro, so I invested 2 hours on Google searches...

1a. Brand is ok.
This new SkyTech Archangel with RYZEN 5 2600X and GTX 1060 has limited reviews.
Old SkyTech Archangel with FX-6300 and GTX 1050ti got decent 3/5 or 7.5/10 reviews.

1b. CPU is good.
i5 8400 is 1% faster than Ryzen 5 2600x in game benchmarks.
Ryzen 5 2600x is 11-12% faser than i5 8400 in other benchmarks.
https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Com...3939vs3956

2a. Motherboard is ok.
ASRock B450M/AC $90 at Newegg 4/5 in 4 reviews.
https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16813157880

2b. PSU is weak.
Power Supply Unit = 500W 80 Plus? Don't know brand, model, bronze/silver/gold, etc.

3. ASRock B450M/AC supports max 64GB RAM, but limited by CPU model and RAM speed.
https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B45...cification

This build has Ryzen 5 2600x, so please see Pinnacle Ridge table in mobo spec.
DDR4 2933 MHz supports 8/16/32GB = 1x 8GB, 1x 16GB, 2x 8GB, or 2x 16GB.
DDR4 2667 MHz supports 16/32/48/64GB = 2x 8GB, 2x 16GB, 2x 8GB + 2x 16GB, or 4x 16GB.
DDR4 2133-2400 supports 16/32/48/64GB = 2x 8GB, 2x 16GB, 4x 8GB, 2x 8GB + 2x 16GB, or 4x 16GB.

Can anyone explain why this is such a great deal to someone who doesn't know much about building computers?
