That said, this is still DailySteals, and they have sold merchandise (including Switch units) meant to be sold from outside the USA [reddit.com], so it would still be a good idea to check the serial numbers on these to confirm that their warranties will be honored by Nintendo USA. I don't know if ordering through urlhasbeenblocked would be any better, although for the prices they are asking, these are *probably* US warranty units (DailySteals sold the Latin America Switch units for <$180 when the US units were selling >$260).

Someone told me in a previous thread they have a new processor that increases battery life significantly. You will lose homebrew ability, however.
