I tried to use the coupon on a different Chromebook. It took and the order went through and I got confirmation email. 2 minutes late order cancellation email stated:

"We would like to inform you that due to the nature of your order, it has not been processed. Please be advised that Staples reserves the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether. Please see the terms and conditions posted on Staples.com. Your order has been cancelled."

I tried this twice.. Once logged in once as guest.. Same thing.

EDIT: Forget above - turned out fraud alert triggered on my CC. Placed the order again and so far looks good. Thanks!

Another model name for this chromebook is CB515-1HT-P39B

This one has IPS screen with Full HD 1920x1080 resolution.

I am not sure why this is post is not repped.

Per the Google Chromebook Auto Update policy [google.com] this model should receive ChromeOS updates until November 2023. So it has a few years of life even though it's a refurb model.

I think you saved me. The computer looks great and I have an acer chrome 14 and seriously I think it is probably my fav laptop ever. I was clicking to finish the purchase when I followed your suggestion. The reviews are terrible. 25% of reviewers saying it broke in a month or so. If u are luck it seems a great machine but since my acer 14 is still going I will let it pass....
