From what I can extrapolate from the links above...

Pros:
+huge TV for price
+great viewing angles
+direct backlit so decent gray and black screen uniformity, uncommon for IPS panels
+decent, not great motion (sports & gaming)

Cons:
-IPS panel so lower contrast and no deep blacks (not as good of an experience watching movies/tv at night... and FYI IPS panels are not TVs you want to put in a dark room)
-lower brightness
-no local dimming
-not great black uniformity

People offer very low price because of the 3 months validity of the gift card. I would recommend not to sell the gift card. Instead, buy something from dell website. They sell a wide variety of items including gaming consoles, cameras, robot vacuums etc. I bought a DSLR using the $200 card plus $24 dell rewards, and paid the rest.
Forgot to mention that the price at dell site is similar compared to other sites like amazon, b&h, adorama etc.

My bad for not clarifying what I meant. I saw people complaining that dell overprices items. So, according to them, you may not get the best price when you are using the gift card to purchase sth. But my experience says dell prices are similar if not better compared to other big marketplaces. I previously got a 70 inch TV with an effective price of $477 after dell $200 gift card, $150 SD rebate and $24 dell rewards.

word on the streets is gift card granny. I can't confirm, I have never tried it. good luck
