SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The BJ's Digital Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") September 1, 2019, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 15, 2019 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to residents of CT, FL, GA, ME, MA MD, NH, NJ, NY,NC, OH, PA, RI and VA who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and BJ's Members as of 8/31/19, except employees and their families of BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. ("Sponsor" or "BJ's"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator") and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws.

SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The BJ's Digital Sweepstakes is sponsored by BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc., 25 Research Drive, Westborough, MA 01581. The Sweepstakes is administered by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by accessing the Sweepstakes at www.bjsdigitalsweeps.com ("Website") and following the on-screen instructions to submit the required information, including the last four digits of your BJ's Membership Number and your answer to the survey question ("Entry"). Survey answer will not be judged. All information submitted on the Website will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor's privacy policy available at https://www.bjs.com/content?templ...ut_privacy. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void such Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply. Sweepstakes Entries must be in English. RANDOM DRAWING: The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 18, 2019 from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Grand Prize.
