If you have all the time to stay up all night and day during the Blackfriday/cyber Monday deals when they come out I say do that. Personally, I've seen great/better deals outside of holiday seasons. I'm in for 1. Been thinking of doing a new build and switching to AMD.

Do note that there's no onboard graphics . You would need a GPU. 2200g has onboard graphics.

Plenty of headroom to upgrade down the line was my thoughts when looking at the items individually. I was on the fence for a 3600 and b450 but this deal sets the motherboard up to remain in place when upgrading the 2600. The imbalance allows incremental improvements instead of a constant reshuffle when looking to "match" all components.

great deal, in for one. was gonna go for a 3600 but this price can't be beat. I'll just upgrade the CPU in a few years.

Wow, this is a great deal. Was gonna do a 2200G and MB for $140 for new system but this is just a bit more expensive and much better motherboard and chip. Yep, it made me do the deal.

I'm planning to upgrade from my ~10 year old setup and was thinking of getting the B450 for cost reasons. This seems like a pretty good deal given 570, but I'm not in a huge rush. Is it worth waiting until holidays for better deals or just jump on this?

Thanks. I'm leaning closer to pulling the trigger. I assume this mobo gives longer upgradeability vs B450? What kind of RAM are you going with?

You can probably upgrade to a ryzen 3000 then. This is a solid board with pretty good vrms and can handle the 3950x too

Any ram that would work with b450 would work with this. Would suggest ballistix 3000 cl15 kit.

Solid deal on these items. Not a great X570 board but will do fine for most especially at this price point. I'm trying to build something for the wife and this may be the ticket

I've been thinking of switching to AMD, I mainly use my PC for gaming and just upgraded to an rtx 2070. Would this deal be good to pair with it?

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz…
$77.99 might go for that as it is what Amazon users seem to get with the 2600. Or wait for a better deal on ram. I see 16gb rams that go for $60 here and so I'll wait for a deal instead. Can others recommend another ram set? TIA.

If you have an RTX2070 budget, then this is extra-low-end for you. Ideally you want to get into one of the new 3xxx chips if you're going AMD, or even better for gaming, a high Intel 9-series.
