I own this bag and it's well made. Pair it with one of their messenger bags and it's all you need for a short vacation/work trip. Strong zippers, great compartments and smooth rolling skateboard wheels.

Great bag, though too large for international carry on limits. Had my copilot for several years now and it's in great shape.

The wheels are worth the money alone. Fast and smooth. You can literally hit curbs at high speed and they won't budge. The extension thingy is a little wobbly and kind of low quality, but once you go skateboard wheels, you don't go back.

I own all of the sizes of the Timbuk2 luggage (plus a couple of duffels and messenger bags) and I love it.

I think this has already been answered, but he carry-on is good for domestic flights but internationally YMMV so double-check first.

Overall, I totally recommend these.

I own the co-pilot and it's great - takes a little getting used to but its an awesome piece of carry on. Would totally recommend it - perfect for even up to a week long trip and I tend to over pack.

Got the copilot in June. It is a ilttle bit bigger/heftier than I expected. It is about the max size for a carry-on on most domestic flights. That being said I still love it. If you are a light packer, this thing is somewhat too big. My girlfriend and I have actually shared it for short plane trips (3-5 days) if we can pack efficiently and each bring a backpack.

Most common complaint is that the zipper is finicky at first and this has been my experience as well. It is getting better though with use.

I've had this bag for 4 years. I do 60+ legs a year. This is the best bag I've ever had. You'll love it if you like a soft top bag, not the hard shell style.
