Saw at my warehouse. I am 175lbs. If you want to use this everyday, then 15lbs is a good weight. If you want to use this as needed to really help cut down anxiety, restlessness, or relax you, then I suggest you go with a 20lb blanket.

Gonna have to go check these out. Only place I would buy one from is Costco due to return policy. I bought a blanquil from them last year that I loved but had to return after about two months due to bead migration.

bought one from walmart during black friday which sucked. quilts were much bigger and when you move around the weight shifts. one side of the blanket would be unbalanced .

picked this one up few days ago and love it. All the stitching quilts are much smaller which keeps the balance of the weight . Material i also much better and comfortable
