Eligibility. The AMC Stubs "Gemini Man" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the 48 Continental United States, excluding Rhode Island, or the District of Columbia ("Eligibility Area"), who are at least: (a) 18 years of age or (b) the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher than 18, at the time of entry. AMC Stubs Insider and Premiere members are eligible to participate. AMC Stubs A-List members are not eligible to participate. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries and where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter. During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, an eligible person may enter as follows, with a limit of one (1) entry per day per person, regardless of entry method:

Gemini Man Ticket Purchase for Opening Weekend (10/10-13/2019) with AMC Stubs® Card: Use your AMC Stubs Membership Number (or log into your AMC Stubs Account) when purchasing a ticket to the opening weekend (Thursday, October 10, 2019 – Sunday, October 13, 2019) of Gemini Man ("Film") at any AMC theatre showing the Film, at amctheatres.com or at a designated ticketing partner's website. For each qualifying ticket purchase transaction (subject to the limitation stated above) on a separate day during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the AMC Stubs Member (as per Sponsor's records) will receive one (1) entry. IMPORTANT: TICKETS PURCHASED FOR GEMINI MAN (USING AMC STUBS MEMBERSHIP) OTHER THAN FOR ANY OPENING WEEKEND SHOWING OF THE FILM (OCTOBER 10-13, 2019) WILL NOT RESULT IN ENTRY. If the AMC Stubs Member purchases Film ticket(s) for guest(s), only the AMC Stubs Member, but not the guest(s) will receive the entry for that purchase transaction. No entry will be received if the AMC Stubs Membership Number is not provided by the AMC Stubs Member when purchasing the Film ticket at the box office or at an Automated Box Office (as applicable). If AMC Stubs Member does not have his/her Membership Number, he/she may request box office personnel to look for his/her AMC Stubs Account by providing his/her name and phone number. For online purchases, no entry will be received if the complete AMC Stubs Membership Number is not inputted or recorded by the AMC Stubs Member in the designated area of www.amctheatres.com or a designated ticketing partner's transaction website. No entry will be received if the ticket purchase transaction is later voided for any reason (e.g., non-payment) or use of AMC Stubs Membership Number/Account is determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion not to be in full compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the AMC Stubs Program.
MAIL ENTRY - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. An eligible person may enter the Sweepstakes (subject to the limitation stated above) by mail by printing their First and Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Postal Code, Age, Phone Number and Email Address (if any) on a 3"x5" card and mailing it to AMC STUBS "GEMINI MAN" SWEEPSTAKES NPN ENTRY, P.O. Box 415, Tenafly, NJ 07670, to be postmarked by October 15, 2019 and received by October 22, 2019. Each valid 3"x5" card will result in receipt of one (1) entry (subject to the limitations stated above and this paragraph). Limit of one (1) 3"x5" card per outer mailing envelope. No copies, mechanical reproductions or metered mail accepted. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery or proof of entry.

Prize (1) – 5-day/4-night trip for winner and one (1) guest (14 years of age or older) to Budapest, Hungary to tour the City via electric scooter. Approximate Retail Value: $4,700.

No substitution or cash redemption of Prize, or any portion thereof, is allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize (in whole or in part) with another prize/prize component of equal or greater value. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator are not responsible for any inability of winner to accept or use Prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason. No more than the stated number of Prizes (that is, one [1] Prize) will be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for all unspecified costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty, representation or guarantee of any kind by Sponsor. Transfer of Prize is not permitted without the permission of Sponsor which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion and without liability of any kind. Prize value as stated represents Sponsor's good faith determination of approximate retail value of Prize.

5-day/4-night trip for winner and one (1) guest (14 years of age or older) to Budapest, Hungary. Prize includes (i) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons from international airport within the Eligibility Area nearest the winner's home to Budapest, Hungary (flight may not be direct) - the winner and his/her guest must travel from one (1) departure location and must travel on the same itinerary; (ii) standard room hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy) for 4 nights (room and tax only) in Budapest; (iii) ground transportation between airport and hotel in Budapest; (iv) guided tours of Budapest via electric scooter (driver's license not required to use electric scooter) ["Tour"]**; (v) $250 spending money for winner awarded as a gift card (issuer of gift card to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; gift card is subject to issuer's terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon). All travel arrangements must be made by travel agent designated by Sponsor. Trip must be taken by November 1, 2020; winner must provide at least forty-five (45) days' advanced notice prior to intended travel date. Travel is subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions. Winner and guest are solely responsible for having U.S. Passport (which must be valid for at least three (3) months after trip is to be taken) and other necessary travel documents. Winner and guest must conduct themselves at all times in a socially responsible, appropriate and well-behaved manner during the trip, including but not limited to during tours; and, should winner or guest fail to do so, trip will be immediately terminated for winner and/or guest, with Promotion Entities having no liability to winner and/or guest (as applicable).

**Tours may include persons other than winner and guest. Tour operator will be determined by Sponsor/Sweepstakes Administrator in their sole discretion. Winner will choose from among five (5) options of Tour routes each with its own itinerary and of varying duration; choice of Tour route is subject to availability as determined by Tour operator in its sole discretion. Additional restrictions apply.

Winner and guest must be able to operate an electric scooter in order to take part in Tours. If winner or guest is unable or unwilling to operate an electric scooter for any reason, the Tour portion of the Prize will be forfeited and no alternate prize of compensation will be awarded.
