It's a mirror not a magnifying glass my friend. These can come in handy at times when working on cars if you're struggling to see something, you can attach them via the magnet and adjust accordingly to get the view you need. Also if you drop a bolt, nut, etc. that you cant reach it helps. That being said I have 1 of these in the tool box and used it maybe 3x in 4 years.

This product doesn't make much sense to me. Pick-up tools are useful in tight spaces and the attached magnifying glass is huge

They are also useful for people who have limited mobility and thus find bending down and picking up things physically difficult. Hence the magnifying glass: you can inspect something on the ground a little more closely without having to crouch down.

My guess is that this was previously a listing for a knife or was otherwise merged into a restricted item and that classification tag hasn't been removed. That or it's too cheap to allow shipping to some geographic region like Hawaii or Alaska but I've never seen that with Prime before and highly doubtful.
