Walmart (in store only) has the Vivitar 360 Action Camera on clearance for $17.00, down from the regular price of $99.00. This just dropped recently and there is decent availability, but as always with Walmart clearance, YMMV.

Wow that's cheap. If you have a VR headset it might be fun to fool around with on YouTube VR. You will rapidly outgrow it if you like it but for $17, so what?

Understand that even at 4k, it is stretched over 360 degrees. You will typically only look at ~90 degrees so the picture you see is going to be closer to 720p than 4k. You can see in 360 cam degrees lots of disappointment when buyers discover this.

There is no way you can expect to read license plates.

Here are some 5.7k and one 3.4k cam for comparison that have been posted lately for $150-$300: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z...OhJc&t=95s

Also for comparison, here are some 8k cams: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82mdZ8rA7u8
