Probably not a good choice for TMobile with no band 71 support

The band 71 is almost a no show right now across the country. That said, somewhere down the road it may be helpful to some.

Was thinking band 71 had a very small footprint, but they are pushing it along in rural. I would say at this point, I easily get as good coverage with Mint vs my At&t line and give a slight edge (but 3G) to Verizon in the boonies. T-Mo has a excellent network and fast speeds too.

Decent amount of B71 in NY... bandwidth is much higher than B12, which barely works for data.

Looks like it has Snapdragon 675 with Antutu benchmark score of 174k. That places it in between a Snapdragon 821(score of around 150k) and a Snapdragon 835(score of around 200). Currently, Snapdragon 855 score about 350k and Snapdragon 855+ close to 400k.

I expect atleast snapdragon 645 at this price.
Lucky for you it has a 675 that's gonna be infinitely faster than an imaginary processor like the "Snapdragon 645".
