i wasn't, but it is working now.

FYI. Some on other posts here have had no issues with this merchant and others have reported problems, such as used codes.

I bought two of these (two independent orders but with the same email) received each with in 2 minutes of ordering, immediately applied them on playstation store website without issues.

I have ordered before from the site (or an almost identical one with same owners) and it took 4-8 hours last time, so this time the process was much improved

I bought from them Before and spent over a month just getting my refund, the code they sent wasn't even a valid Playstation network code, they made me contact psn support just to find out it wasn't a legitimate code, when I talked to lvlgo they said they checked it before delivery and it worked only way to refund is to prove it was redeemed before delivery... But can't redeem a code that isn't a valid code!

I waited 45 minutes and didn't get an email so I reached out to them via the Live Chat on the website. They gave me the code as soon as I provided my order #.
