I must be blind, because I don't see "5582" in the description when I click the link in OP. But, I did find active pen mentioned in another spot, so either way I'm pretty sure you're right.

It seems like a good deal. I'm surprised it's not getting more attention/thumbs up, though, so maybe I'm missing something. Are there currently better deals for 1080p IPS 2-in-1 with digitizer?

Does Dell charge a restocking fee? The return policy says "may charge 15% restocking fee" so I wanted to know if anyone here has experience with returns with Dell.
