ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open and offered only to legal residents of the following countries: United States (excluding residents of: New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia (including Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions); and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) (collectively, "North America"); and Austria; and the United Kingdom; France; Germany; Spain; Norway; Finland; Denmark; Switzerland, and Saudi Arabia (collectively, "EMEA"), who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) methods of entry into this Promotion.
• PURCHASE REQUIRED METHOD OF ENTRY. To enter this Promotion via the Purchase Required Method of Entry, visit: https://www.callofduty.
• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY METHOD OF ENTRY. To enter this Promotion via the No Purchase Necessary Method of Entry, during the Promotion Period, mail a 3" x 5" with you first name, last name, home address, and email address to: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare adidas Promotion Entry, c/o Activision Publishing, Inc., 3100 Ocean Park Blvd., Santa Monica, CA 90405 to obtain one (1) entry into the Promotion. Limit of one (1) entry into the Promotion per person during the Promotion Period. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Any attempt to enter the Promotion by another method of entry is void. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, addresses, or any other methods including, without limitation, script, macro or any automated or other means which subverts the entry process, will void that person's entries and that person will be disqualified.
DRAWING: Two Hundred (200) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 3, 2019 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. One Hundred (100) winners will be selected for North America and One Hundred (100) winners will be selected for EMEA. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES AND ARV: Each winner will receive one (1) pair of adidas Call of Duty branded sneakers (ARV $80.00 U.S. Dollars) and one (1) in-game (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare) 141 Calling Card (ARV $0.00 U.S. Dollars) (collectively, the "Prize"). Total ARV for all Prizes is: $16,000.00 U.S. Dollars. Sneaker sizes are subject to availability. Sponsor makes not representation, warranty, or guarantee of a winner receiving the sneaker component of the Prize in such winner's preferred size. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer the Prize, or redeem the Prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to substitute the Prize (or a portion thereof) with another prize of comparable or greater value. All Prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks after winner notification for receipt of the Prize.
