beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 24, 2019 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2019 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person/authorized e-mail account holder during the Sweepstakes Period.

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests to attend the NASCAR® Xfinity Championship Tour in Miami, Florida and Orlando, Florida from November 15, 2019 to November 20, 2019. Grand Prize includes: Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests to Florida from airports determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; three (3) nights' hotel accommodations for winner and guests in Miami, Florida on November 15, 16, and 17, 2019 (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in two (2) double-occupancy rooms in Miami, Florida, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); $1,200 spending cash, intended for meals and ground transportation, to the Grand Prize winner only, awarded in the form of a check; access for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests at the NASCAR Xfinity Series™ Championship race tickets for November 16, 2019 (tickets details, seat locations, and dates to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); access for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests at the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series™ Championship race for November 17, 2019 (tickets details, seat locations, and dates to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); four (4) VIP race access passes for November 16, 2019 and November 17, 2019; three (3) nights' hotel accommodations for winner and guests at Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida on November 18, 19, and 20, 2019 (room and tax only, for up to four (4) people in a maximum of one (1) room (quadruple occupancy) at Loews Sapphire Falls for three (3) consecutive nights. The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $15,060.
