ELIGIBILITY:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES OR WIN PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants: (i) must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (ii) must be a legal resident of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois or Michigan and, (iii) must not be considered a minor or legally incompetent in your state of residence. The Sweepstakes is void in New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
1: Purchase qualifying products at Kwik Trip, Inc. using a registered Kwik Rewards account. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit a participating Kwik Trip, Inc. store and purchase Rockstar Energy using your registered Kwik Rewards Card. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per eligible item purchased. Entry amounts are subject to the limit below ("Entry Method 1").
2: Spend Rewards Points on Sweepstakes entries within a registered Kwik Rewards account. During the Sweepstakes Period, log in to your Kwik Rewards account via www.kwikrewards
3: Free Mail‑In Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, to enter without making a purchase, hand print your full name, street address, (no P.O. Boxes), day/evening/cellular phone number (if any), email address, and date of birth on a 3.5" x 6" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "Powered Up Prize Pack – Sweeps Entry," Marketing, 1626 Oak Street P.O. Box 1477, La Crosse, WI 54602. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per stamped envelope sent via USPS. You will receive one (1) entry per envelope and/or package sent via any other shipping method. All mail‑in entries must be handwritten, postmarked by January 2, 2020, and received by the Sponsor by January 9, 2020 at the address above, in order to be eligible. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified ("Entry Method 3").
PRIZES:
One (1) prize will be available to be won in the Sweepstakes: a prize package containing one (1) Ski-Doo 2020 MXZ Sport Snowmobile, one (1) $2,500 Makita Tool Set, and one (1) year's supply of Rockstar Energy defined as twelve (12) cases total (Approximate Retail Value of Rockstar cases: $360.00) (the "Prize"). The Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $11,359. The Prize is nontransferable, nonnegotiable and nondivisible, unless otherwise stated in writing or agreed to in writing by the Sponsor. Any difference between the approximate retail value and actual cost will, if any, will not be awarded. Winner's personal information related to Sweepstakes entry, including, but not limited to, first and last names, full mailing address, phone number, and/or email address, may be shared with other companies involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes for the purpose of Prize awarding and delivery. Prize awarding and delivery will be arranged by the Sweepstakes Entities. The Makita tool set and year's supply of Rockstar Energy components of the Prize may be shipped to the winner's home or at no cost to the winner. The Ski-Doo snowmobile component of the prize may be made available at an eligible dealership nearest the winner's home address. PER THESE ARRANGEMENTS, THE WINNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTATION OF THE SNOWMOBILE FROM THE DEALERSHIP TO THE WINNERS' HOME AND ALL COSTS INCURRED IN THAT PROCESS, ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND REGISTRATIONS FEES, OR OTHER MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES OUTSIDE THE LISTED SALE PRICE OF THE SNOWMOBILE. Other Prize awarding and delivery arrangements may be made if agreed up on by both the Sweepstakes Entities and the winner.
