ELIGIBILITY: The abercrombie kids x paper culture holiday sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least fourteen (14) years old at the time of entry.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Sweepstakes Period, (1) go to abercrombiekidssweepstakes.com(the "Website"); (2) complete the entry form by providing first name, last name and email address; and (3) opt-in to receive email marketing from abercrombie kids. You can opt out of receiving emails at any time. Please note, your Entry will only be considered valid once you have selected the "Submit" button and successfully submitted the entry form.

Participants can also enter the sweepstakes a second time by visiting http://www.abercrombie.com/e/lcmp...rcultureto join Abercrombie & Fitch's free loyalty program, the MyAbercrombie, during the Sweepstakes Period. Existing loyalty members will be entered when they log into their account during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit two (2) Entries per person. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

PRIZE: The one (1) verified winner for the Sweepstakes will receive:

· One (1) 90-minute photoshoot for verified winner and their immediate family to take place in the winner's hometown (exact photoshoot location will be determined upon winner confirmation). "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. Maximum of 10 people or up to 7 people and one pet. (Individual Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,500)

· Two (2) outfit options provided by Abercrombie & Fitch for the winner and each immediate family member participating in the photoshoot (Individual ARV: $2,500).

· One $500 Paper Culture gift card (Individual ARV: $500)

Prize Details:

· Photoshoot to be scheduled for Monday–Friday between December 2–13. Date will be a mutually agreed upon date between abercrombie kids' creative team and verified winner.

· Photographer will digitally deliver 5 – 15 retouched selects to prize winner within five (5) business days following the photoshoot.

· It is up to the winner to place their holiday card order with Paper Culture to ensure holiday delivery.
