I would rather pay 3$ and buy at homedepot. Just my personal preference for the peace of mind.

However, if I was near one of the Direct Tools locations, I'd check it out for $30.

a powered caulk gun is an amazing tool. Mine is air powered, but it is just amazing control to not have to pump by hand.

It puts steady pressure on the tube with almost no hand strain. You could probably cover five to ten times the area in the same amount of time.

I have pretty dainty hands and below average grip strength... using a manual gun my hand is usually starting to ache by the end of a single tube and because I'm having to try so hard, its difficult to use it with any precision. The electric one is stupid easy =)
