Saw this for $120. They have another Kirkland set 12 piece for same price. What would the difference be? (other then this being 3 more pieces)

Also they have the calphalon premier space saving set for 300, but Macy's has as calphalon classic set for $120. Is there a difference in quality between different calphalon? Tried googling some stuff and can't really fine good info
