It's been 3 hrs, I have the redemption code from groupon but the SWYCH app won't accept it.

Groupon said there are no refunds.

This swych deal worked for me last time and yes I also got 20% back on Samsung pay. Worked last time because the swych deal was a "local" deal. I'd assume the same this time.

Thats incorrect. You have 30 days to redeem the groupon on Swytch. Once you do that you get a $200 gift card code which remains $200. I held mine from the last deal for like 4-6 months with no issue. Just spent it on a new refrigerator.

My original Redemption code was not valid. I received an email several hours later stating it had been updated on the Groupon Voucher. This second code worked just fine.

Unlikely. Also consider if you're using a CB portal or Samsung Pay, you might invalidate any CB if you use a promo code on top of it all.
