Entrant must follow the on-screen prompts to answer five (5) questions and submit a brief essay (no more than one thousand [1,000] characters) detailing why his/her home should be "Chilified"

The Contest submission phase starts on November 7, 2019 at 12:00:01
PM (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 14, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

The submission phase is followed by a judging phase ("Judging Phase"), which begins
November 15, 2019 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends November 15, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM ET, a video submission phase ("Video Submission Phase"), which begins November 16, 2019 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends November 18, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM ET, and a winner determination phase ("Winner Determination Phase") which begins November 19, 2019 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends November 21, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

This Contest is offered to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous
United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), who are at least
eighteen (18) years of age or older and who at the time of entry and at the time of prize
fulfillment are home owners with a room/space about 14'x 20' on his/her property that they
are willing to allow Sponsor to modify

There is a limit of one (1) Submission per person and per email address

During the Judging Phase, eligible Essays will be judged by a panel of qualified judges ("Judges") to determine ten (10) finalists (each a "Finalist"). The Judges will score the eligible Essays according to the following criteria: (i) Love of Chili's: 30%; (ii) Enthusiasm to have a makeover: 30%; and (iii) Creativity: 40% ("Judging Criteria"). The entrants submitting the ten (10) eligible Essays that receive the highest scores will be the potential Finalists.

During the Video Submission Phase, the ten (10) Finalists must submit one (1) original video of his/her property or room/space that must be about 14' x 20' that he/she would like "Chilified" (a design-oriented Chili's inspired makeover) ("Video
Submission"). The Video Submission cannot exceed one (1) minute and 50 MB and be in one (1) of the following file formats: .MOV, .MPEG, .WMV, .MP4. Finalists will be provided
instructions on how to submit his/her Video Submission. All Video Submissions must
comply with the restrictions outlined in Section 6 below. All Video Submissions must
be received by Sponsor no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on November 18, 2019 or Video
Submission will be disqualified

During the Winner Determination Phase, all eligible Finalist Video Submissions and Interviews will be judged by the Judges. The Judges will score each Video Submission and Interview according to the following weighted judging criteria
(collectively, "Finalist Judging Criteria"): (i) Personality in the Video Submission: 30%; (ii)
Creativity: 30%; and (iii) Brand Appeal: 40%. The Finalist whose Video Submission and
Interview receives the highest score from the Judges applying the Finalist Judging Criteria will be deemed the potential grand prize winner.

Grand Prize (1): The grand prize winner will get a room in his/her house "Chilified" as
further described below, a check in the amount of $8,520, and a "Chili's My House Starter
Pack" (that includes a table, candle, candle box, chip clip, and custom box) (the "Grand
Prize"). The exact details of the "Chilified" room will be determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion and may include items such as new furnishings, potted greenery, custom art
and/or furnishings, new paint/wall coverings and/or window dressings, new accessories,
new rugs, and/or lighting swap-outs; Sponsor, the other Contest Entities, and any other
prize fulfillment agents, contractors or entities (collectively "Prize Suppliers") will not be
responsible for or participate in any electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, flooring, drywall
or insulation-based activity and are not responsible for handling or disposing of preexisting furnishings, are not required to incorporate any of the chosen winner's items into
the new design, are not required to take direction from winner, and will not return room to
its original condition. Sponsor will work with the Grand Prize winner to make arrangements
for moving and storage of any items that will not remain in the space being made over and
the Grand Prize winner and all other occupants of the home must be able to live out of the
home, at Sponsor's sole cost and planning, for up to five (5) days. Only one (1) Grand
Prize will be available in the Contest. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $30,000. The Grand
Prize winner must be available for an in-person visit to the room/space that will be
"Chilified" so Sponsor can film the room. The Grand Prize winner and his/her
room/space must be available to be "Chilified" between December 1, 2019 and
December 10, 2019 or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. The Grand Prize winner is
prohibited from using Sponsor's trademarks, logos, name, etc. for any commercial
purposes or in a disparaging or embarrassing way once the "Chilified" room is
completed.


First Prizes (9): Each first prize winner will receive a "Chili's My House Starter Pack"
(that includes a table, candle, candle box, chip clip, and custom box) ("First Prize"). Only
nine (9) First Prizes will be available in the Contest. The ARV of each First Prize is $80.

Total value of all prizes available to be awarded in this Contest: $30,720.
