I've had this exact tree for several years now. It's solid built and the center point of where my two cats hang out. Highly recommend

It is cheap. Some of my posts on this wobble no matter how tight I screw them in. I got mine for even cheaper than this on a previous deal and maybe it's still worth it at this price but I definitely wouldn't pay more than this.

I got this (my 2nd one) a couple weeks ago with a 20% off promo and stacked $15 off. It's the best tree for money. Looks good, built well, incorporates whatever size house cat you have. You can't go wrong with it

I got this exact model last time it was fp and I like it a lot. It's very sturdy and mine doesnt wobble. The dangling mice get ripped off pretty quick but everything else is really nice. Handles 2 cats playing on it no problem.

Got this same tree 1,5 years ago, very well built and sturdy. Be aware it is not carpet but more of a fleece material.

We have one of these and it's been great. Everything is holding up well except for a few of the scratching posts as our cat seems to scratch on them repeatedly throughout the day. Mind you it's taken him over a year and a half to get the 3 posts to that point but it's been a solid car tree.

I have this Frisco cat tree in Brown. Paid $33 on prime day from Chewy. It's wobbly and cheap looking / feeling, not bad for $33 though.
